With the rapid development of Chinese iron and steel industry,our sintering industry is also maturing,especially sintering equipment has improved significantly.But the sealing problems of sintering machine need to be further improved.The leakage problems lead to increase energy consumption of sintering machine,reduce efficiency and deteriorate product quality.So the seal research of sintering machine is focused on the production of sintering.The gooseneck phenomenon of sintering machine trolley is a major reason for the leakage of sintering machine.Gooseneck phenomenon of trolley makes main beams deformed severely,lead to a large gap between the trolley,leak seriously,reduce the utilization of bellows greatly and affect the quality of sinter.And the gooseneck of trolley beam lead to card machine so that work of sintering can not be carry on.So,the research of sintering machine trolley gooseneck reasons and improvement the trolley has a very important practical significance.On based of 430m~2 sintering machine,for the gooseneck phenomenon of sintering machine trolley,study the gooseneck of Sintering machine trolley.Using fluent simulates the sintering process of pellets.Combining the module of thermal analysis and structural analysis in the workbench couples fluid-structure-heat.And obtain reliable temperature and pressure distribution of trolley.Under the influence of purely mechanical load and temperature load,analysis deformation and stress distribution of trolley;For the materials of QT500 used for the trolley,establish creep model and analysis the creep of trolley.We design arched trolley for the gooseneck phenomenon of trolley and provide the theoretical basis for the extension of the life of the trolley.According to the under deformation size of improved trolley and working principle of sintering machine design a new type of flexible labyrinth seal.we establish Finite element model of the sealing device.Using fluent simulates maze seal structure.Combining the module of thermal analysis and structural analysis in the workbench carry on heat flow and fluid structure interaction analysis,and obtains the pressure distributionof maze seal structure,velocity distribution of inlet,temperature distribution and deformation of flexible rubber.According to the velocity distribution of inlet of sealing device calculates the leakage rate of the sealing device and analyses the deformation size of flexible rubber of sealing device.Finally,according to the temperature field obtained by the heat flow analysis select the appropriate flexible rubber under this temperature field.
