Due to the constraints of industrial site environment and production cost of enterprises,the traditional continuous casting teaching training mainly focuses on classroom learning and site visit,which makes it difficult to conduct large-scale on-site training.For this reason,virtual reality technology is applied in continuous casting simulation training,and a continuous casting simulation training system is developed to meet the needs of students of metallurgy related majors and employees of the factory to learn about continuous casting production and operate virtual equipment.According to the requirement of continuous casting training,the whole training content and structure of continuous casting training system are designed.In order to realize the natural and smooth interaction mode of virtual system,according to the operation characteristics of continuous casting field equipment,a dynamic gesture interaction method applied to virtual operation platform is proposed.On the basis of researching gesture interaction mode and related hardware technology,Leap Motion volume sensor is used to collect gesture data.Aiming at the defect of Leap Motion in collecting dynamic gesture,a hierarchical method of gesture correction is proposed.Customized gesture interaction rules for virtual operation of the console.The operation function of virtual continuous casting equipment is realized.Finally,the effectiveness and comfort of the method are proved by questionnaire.In order to realize multi-person collaborative training mode in virtual continuous casting scene,a distributed virtual reality module was designed.Aiming at the problem of time-space inconsistency in distributed virtual reality system,a hybrid collaborative architecture mode of multi-person collaboration in continuous casting was proposed.The server based on Photon Server and the client based on Unity are designed,and two data receiving and receiving modes are realized.The real immersion and natural interaction of the system provide a new method for continuous casting training and education.Figure 36;Table 5;Reference 52.
