The relationship between pressure,deformation,resistance and so on when the conductive rubber is pressed is of great significance for evaluating the performance of conductive rubber.In this paper,a multi-parameter integrated measurement system for conductive rubber is designed to evaluate the pressure,deformation and resistance of conductive rubber during compression deformation,and to evaluate the performance of conductive rubber.The system through the host computer based on the field programmable gate array(FPGA)under the machine control board issued a directive,the lower machine drives the stepper motor to drive the pressure gauge to apply the pressure to the conductive rubber sample,and the deformation and the resistance value are measured by the scale and the monostable chip respectively,the output signal of the measurement result is transmitted to the host computer by the lower computer,and the host computer draws the displacement-resistance curve and the displacement-pressure curve according to the collected data.After the measurement,the host computer will measure the results with the standard template for comparison,to determine whether the measured sample conforms to the conductive rubber pressing comfort resistance characteristics.The main work of the system includes:(1)Pressure measurement: Through the host computer on the FPGA issued a command,so that FPGA can produce fast,medium and slow third gear frequency square wave,to achieve the stepper motor speed,while the FPGA can be set corresponding to the host computer interrupt command.The stepper motor drives the pressure gauge to apply pressure to the conductive rubber,and the pressure gauge transfers the data to the host computer.(2)Displacement measurement: FPGA with the scale output signal signal filtering,waveform segmentation,displacement direction to determine,converted into binary data transmitted to the host computer.(3)Resistance measurements: The output waveform signal is sampled by a FPGA for a period of time,the resistance value is calculated and displayed on the LCD screen,and transferred to the host computer.At the end of the calculation,the first full waveform of the current time is continued.(4)Maser computer: Serial communication,curve drawing,qualification testing.Finally,the data of each module of the system is analyzed,and the repeatability of the measurement results is judged according to the measured data.The experimental results show that the system can accurately measure the variation of the pressure,deformation and resistance of the conductive rubber.
