Ramie is native to eastern Asia specially in China, it's known as "China grass or Chinese treasure." Ramie has resistance to bacteria and mildew, also breathable, anti-corrosion, Sweat-absorbent and other functions. It is considered as the world's "natural fiber king”.Because of the fineness of ramie fiber than the average natural cellulosic fibers, but it has some problems such as poor flexibility, low elastic elongation, more hairiness, high CV value, so it is limited in the high-grade products. In addition, Ramie has high molecular crystallinity, which causes low cohesion between the fibers and the coefficient of friction is small. As a result of previous disadvantages Ramie fabric physical properties such as poor crease recovery, poor bending performance, low abrasion resistance, rough handle, and make the development of ramie textiles hampered. In recent years, many studies have focused on the softening and removal of ramie fiber hairiness, and the evaluation of anti-crease performance of the small number of instruments and single, repeatability is poor, so to improve ramie wrinkle Performance of the study appears to be more meaningful. Based on the principle that the microstructure of ramie cellulose fiber can be changed under the low temperature system in alkali / urea / water system, this paper does not destroy the excellent properties of ramie fabric, and studies the effect of different solution Processing program on the anti-crease performance of the fabric. The results showed that the flexural properties and the crease recovery performance were improved under the condition of 6 ?, 40 min, 10 g / l urea and 6g / l sodium hydroxide.
