Wrinkle recovery of wool fabrics is mainly related to fabric specifications and crease resistant finishing.Fabric structure parameters mainly relate to yarn and fabric specifications,and finishing process mainly involves selection of crease resistant finishing agents and discussion of parameters in each finishing process.Fabric structural parameters and finishing process parameters affect the wrinkle resistance of the fabric.At present,the research direction on the wrinkle resistance of wool fabric is relatively simple at home and abroad,and the research on how the textile structure factors and the finishing process affect the wrinkle resistance of the fabric together is less.Therefore,we should comprehensively consider the synergistic effect of the two on the fabric wrinkle recovery.In the design of fabric structure parameters,through a single factor preliminary experiment,the factors that influence the crease resistance of worsted wool fabric with the ratio of wool and polyester blending,the yarn branch and the twist factor of the strand are more significant.The orthogonal experimental method was used to design the three factor mixing horizontal orthogonal test of the plain and twill fabrics.The effect of the slow elastic wrinkle deformation on the crease resistance of the fabric was mainly explored,and the rapid elasticity and the slow elastic deformation of the same fabric were compared.The most significant factors affecting fabric wrinkle resistance and the horizontal combination of optimization schemes were obtained through variance analysis.It is found that the yarn fineness is the most significant factor affecting the wrinkle resilience of the fabric.When the fabric specifications are similar,the fabric woven into the twill is more resistant to wrinkle deformation.In the parameter design of the finishing process,the effect of the change of BAP-15 concentration on the fabric resistance to wrinkle deformation was mainly discussed,and the best anti crease finishing agent concentration of different wool polyester blending ratio and tissue fabric was obtained.Among them,the way of rolling is designed for two dip and two rolling,the drying temperature is 130 degrees,the drying time is 60 s,the baking temperature is 175 degrees,and the baking time is 70 s.The best concentration of Anti felting agent(BAP-15)is between 60g/L and 100g/L.By analyzing the synergistic effect of fabric structure factors and finishing process,the optimum technological parameters of wrinkle resistance were obtained.In fabric structural factors,the design of the yarn is 64s/2,the wool polyester blending ratio is designed to be 70/30,the fabric tightness is designed to be 105 and the fabric design is twill.In the finishing process,the fabric's crease resistance is best when the concentration of BAP-15 is in the range of 60g/L and 80g/L.Compared with that before finishing,the ability of fabric to resist wrinkle deformation increased significantly.Compared with the same,the crease angle of worsted fabric increased by 13.8%.The experiment finally tested the basic properties of the fabric breaking strength,air permeability and ball resistance,which will help the enterprise to consider the performance of the worsted fabric in all aspects.It is concluded that the ball resistance of the fabric is better than that before the finishing.With theincrease of the concentration of the finishing agent,the breaking strength and permeability of the fabric gradually decrease,but it remains in a reasonable range.
