At present,Chinese economic development has entered a new normal.Faced with the trend of industrial upgrading,scientific and technological innovations have become the breakthrough to reform supply-side and win the market,which raises a higher demand for the steel enterprises during the process of transformation and upgrading.The Iron and Steel Enterprises increase product R & D,and conduct product development and processing optimization by the means of thermal simulation,hot rolling experiment,industrial experiments,etc.Among then,hot rolling mill used as the key point of production rolling process of heavy and medium plate and hot strip research equipment,which plays an important role for product development and process optimization.In order to further improve the rolling force and pressure control precision,this paper takes the control system of an enterprise as the research object,mainly completes the following contents:Firstly,enter the enterprise rolling mill production workshop and study the working characteristics of the rolling mill and its computer control system.In view of450 mm hot rolling experiment machine,this paper proposes automatic rolling and cooling control strategy,finishes hardware configuration of control system,software development programming and communication network,which make the cooling rate to stepless adjustment within the range of air cooling to direct quenching and control cooling rate and other process parameters correctly.Secondly,based on the multi variable disturbance characteristics of thickness control system,the dynamic mathematical model of the hydraulic AGC servo system in the automatic control system is established.This model is used to simulate the thickness control system,which is helpful for controller design,rolling mill control system debugging and improving the processing precision of the plate and strip,and shortening the designing and commissioning periods.Lastly,the characteristic of automatic thickness control system is researched in detail.According to the influence of thickness fluctuation,rolling deformation resistance and roll eccentricity on the thickness of mill exit,the fuzzy neural network adaptive PID control system is designed to replace the traditional PID or Fuzzy PID control to improve the machining quality of workpiece.Simulation results show that the indexes are better than the traditional PID control indicators,and Fuzzy PIDimproves the robustness of the control system.
