As we all know,the steel industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy,but also one of the important raw materials industry.With the rapid development of China's economy,the steel industry development environment has undergone profound changes.In recent years,the domestic steel production and consumption down the trend,the steel industry into the low profit operation stage,steel market competition is increasingly fierce.In order to adapt to the competitive environment of the market,iron and steel enterprises need to adjust the industrial structure,technology upgrades,from the previous rough production to the production of good quality and high efficiency in the direction.This paper is aimed at a steel plant 1220 DCR unit practical problems: DCR rolling mill HGC system in the push on the cylinder when the oil column height has occurred more than the phenomenon of system oscillation.In order to solve this problem,firstly,the system is modeled and simulated,the relationship between system performance and equipment parameters is analyzed,and the vibration incentive is found.On the basis of fully studying the working principle of the system,the hydraulic pressure(Column height)on vibration.Second,in the suppression of system vibration,by reducing the system's open-loop amplification factor(gain)can keep the rolling mill rolling.At the same time,when the actual rolling mill hardness greater strip,you can use a small roll diameter roll.The model of fuzzy and neural network controller is established by using AMESim and MATALB software,and the stability of the control system is verified by simulation.In the simulation,the accumulator on the side of the cylinder back pressure chamber can effectively improve the damping of the system,reduce the low frequency vibration of the system and make the rolling mill run smoothly.The active suppression system model is established,and it is proved that the acceleration feedback signal can increase the damping of the system and achieve the purpose of vibration elimination.Finally,the model of 650 mill of Yanshan University was established,and the accuracy of theoretical analysis and analytic analysis of 1220 DCR rolling mill was carried out.The simulation model of AGC control system is established,and the result of the simulation system is compared with the actual curve result of the actual engineering data,and the accuracy and validity of the simulation model are verified.
