In the field of functional supramolecular materials,Due to its unique molecular structure and excellent photoelectric properties,organic functional molecules have attracted great interest of researchers.Conjugated macrocyclic compounds with fully conjugated,folding,shape fixed and permanent internal pore structure characteristics,endowed it with many unique properties.Conjugated macrocylic compounds can be formed by self-assembly of one-dimensional cylindrical nanotube structure,two-dimensional surface porous network structure and three-dimensional supramolecular nanostructures,Conjugated macrocycles can control these nanostructures by down-top method.Macrocyclic compounds due to internal aperture conjugation system,thus showing a light,electricity,magnetic properties.The unique structure of the macrocyclic compound can be used to identify the ion selectively,as the main compound of the selective recognition of the ion,The design of this class of compounds has become one of the hot spots.Anionic fluorescent sensors are properly fluorophore and with specific substrates by bonding with the receptor by covalent or non covalent bond,are anionic fluorescent sensors with selective recognition properties,has the characteristics of good selectivity,high sensitivity and convenient detection etc.The complex of(II)complexes containing the N^C^N type bidentate ligand unit,The degree of conjugation,the rigidity of the ligands,the type of substituents,the electron donating ability and the electron withdrawing,all affect the luminescent properties.The long chains of different length introduction on the skeleton can change the solubility of the complex.Macrocyclic intermolecular interaction,enhance their self assembling properties.Have great broad application prospects in the fields of electro luminescence diode(OLEDs),biological and chemical sensors,cell imaging and molecular self assembly.This paper is mainly divided into the following three parts of the work.Frist,Synthesis of macrocyclic compounds containing pyrimidine groups.We have designed and synthesized two macrocyclic compounds containing twelve alkyl chains,and characterized their structures by NMR and mass spectrometry.Second,the response of macrocyclic compounds to anions was studied.Study on the response of the anion in dichloromethane,chloroform solution.The response of macrocyclic compounds to anions in chloroform solution.A preliminary study on its practical application is made.Third,explore the coordination of platinum with macrocyclic compounds,research on the macrocyclic compounds and the role of silver.
