Our country is a big country of rose growing,with rich resources of roses.At present,the national rose planting area has more than 200 thousand acres.This year,with the development of the national economy and the improvement of living standards,China rose industry presents the development trend to be just unfolding,especially with the efficient ecological industry development and the adjustment of industrial structure around the country,rose industry value and advantages have been widely attention at all levels of government and enterprises.While vigorously expanding the rose growing industry,how to reasonably and effectively deal with a large number of abandoned flower petals and rose straw in the process of planting,has become a key problem faced by the growing industry.Abandoned rose straw has rich nutrients,has good application potential,but currently the main treatment methods for composting or incineration,if can use anaerobic fermentation technology of waste biomass energy rose straw into biogas,biogas residue after anaerobic fermentation,can be used as high quality biogas fertilizer applied to soil,the realization of the use of efficient and Rational Rose straw.At present,the domestic and foreign research on the anaerobic fermentation of straw raw materials has become more and more mature,mainly including corn straw,wheat straw and other common agricultural waste.However,there is little research on the production of biogas from straw anaerobic fermentation.Therefore,this study selected rose straw as the anaerobic fermentation of raw materials,using anaerobic fermentation device designed in our laboratory for experimental research,explore the different inoculation effect on rose stalk anaerobic fermentation biogas production;through the rose stalk was pretreated with different amount of biogas slurry,biogas slurry to explore effect of pretreatment on biogas production of straw rose through laboratory;automatic anaerobic fermentation system of Chinese fermented straw rose under the environment of semi continuous fermentation of the biogas production,biogas fermentation of straw rose simulation actual,explore the feasibility of anaerobic fermentation as raw materials rose straw engineering.The main contents and conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Effect of inoculation amount on the characteristics of anaerobic fermentation of rose stalk.The characteristics of gas production in 30%,40%,50%,four and 20% groups,respectively,were analyzed and studied.The experimental results show that: the sufficient inoculation amount can effectively avoid the phenomenon of the system acidification,the peak time of producing gas in advance,the high peak value of gas production,and the total amount of gas production.But with the inoculation volume increased to a certain degree,gas production is not obvious improvement effect,the volume utilization of the comprehensive fermentation tank,this test was 40%,the most suitable for the inoculation amount of rose straw anaerobic fermentation.(2)The test on the main stage of the different quality of biogas slurry pretreatment on biogas production characteristics of anaerobic fermentation of stalk rose.Through the analysis of the pretreatment of straw fiber components rose after degradation,and the pretreatment of raw material gas production effect,the pretreatment of biogas slurry TS content of raw material is 20%,rose straw can achieve better gas production.The test proved that the pretreatment of biogas slurry can effectively degrade the cell wall components in Rose straw,biogas slurry by adding more high fiber component degradation effect is more obvious.But adding excess amount of biogas slurry will cause raw nutrient loss,cause the overall effect of gas production decline,therefore,a reasonable proportion of raw materials of biogas slurry is the key to the success of pretreatment.(3)This test mainly adopts automatic laboratory anaerobic fermentation system,online monitoring of the characteristics of gas production in the fermentation process,through the comparative analysis of the single complement of semi continuous fermentation mode of batch fermentation and batch fermentation methods to investigate the effect of gas production,gas production rose straw fermentation feasibility in practical engineering.The experimental results show that the semi continuous fermentation of single fed batch fermentation can achieve stable gas production,and the gas production is higher than that of the sequencing batch reactor.As a raw material for fermentation,rose straw has a suitable carbon and nitrogen ratio.In the process of fermentation,the fermentation conditions of the system can be automatically adjusted without adding exogenous substances.Rose straw as a raw material for fermentation is feasible.(4)The main stage with their own professional in Shandong,Pingyin rose planting as the background,calculation and analysis of energy consumption for greenhouse area rose 400m2 in heating season is needed,the greenhouse heating by burning biogas boiler design for heat supply.Biogas from anaerobic fermentation of waste straw rose,the calculation predicts: to maintain the internal environment of greenhouse temperature is 25 ? under the condition that the required energy to 927.97 GJ,need to 36954.73m3 anaerobic digestion biogas combustion,rose 119.98 tons of straw,biogas fermentation residue can be used to produce fertilizer,agricultural waste recycling.
