The growing flower industry in our country is accompanied by an increase in waste such as petals and straw. How to dispose of these wastes effectively has become one of the problems facing the flower industry in our country. Therefore anaerobic fermentation of abandoned rose straw to produce biogas, make full use of resources, both to avoid the environmental problems caused by combustion, and to achieve the purpose of generating green energy biogas, and achieve a win-win environmental and economic benefits. In this paper, these important factors in straw anaerobic fermentation system including initial pH value, temperature, inoculums and pesticide omethoate.Through the orthogonal test, analysis the order of four facts to impact it and come up with an optimal solution. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The effect of different initial pH values on the anaerobic fermentation of abandoned rose straw. The initial pH value of the test was 4.0,5.0,6.0,7.0,8.0,9.0,10.0,respectively.The results showed that methanogenic bacteria had the most metabolic activity when the initial pH was 7.0,and the coenzyme F420 content was relatively high during the production process. The final cumulative gas yield is the largest, which is 4599 m L,and the average methane content in the daily gas is the highest. The metabolic activity of methanogens can be inhibited by the onset of acidic or alkaline conditions. It is concluded that the initial pH 7.0 environment is most beneficial to the metabolic activity of methanogens.(2)To explore the effect of different temperature on the anaerobic fermentation of abandoned rose straw. The test results show that the temperature of 35.0 ? test group of volatile acids(VFA)and pH value in the normal range. It is more advantageous than the test group at other temperature, which can make the system fermented normally. And the total gas production in the reaction period is the largest, and its value is 7065 mL.The change of TS and VS before and after fermentation was the most obvious, the maximum drop rate was 35.96%,45.94%.Therefore,t The fermentation system temperature is 35.0 ?,which is the best to improve the anaerobic digestionof waste rose straw.(3)The effect of different inoculant and proportion on anaerobic fermentation was studied. The results showed that the difference of inoculum types would lead to the change of biogas production efficiency. The same quality pig manure as inoculum was better than chicken manure. When the amount of inoculation was small, the number of methanogenic bacteria was less and the acidification was obvious, the gas production effect of methanogens was inhibited and the reaction was delayed.Test group with the ratio of pig manure and rose straw to 3.0: 1.0 in improving its fermentation ability of coenzyme F420 concentration, liquid to maintain normal anaerobic fermentation pH value than the other test group is prominent, final cumulative biogas yield maximum, the value of 5126 ml,VS and TS reduce the maximum degree. Therefore, the pig manure as the inoculant, and the inoculation ratio of 3.0:1.0 is the most beneficial to improve the anaerobic fermentation of rose straw.(4)The results showed that omethoate could be degraded in the anaerobic fermentation of rose straw.Under the conditions designed in the experiment, all concentration gradients were degraded. When the content of omethoate is 0 ~ 90 mg /l,there is little difference in the methane content of the gas produced, when the concentration of omethoate exceeds 100 mg / l,the yield of methane decreases obviously, especially at 150 mg / l.It can be seen that the high concentration of omethoate inhibits the increase of methane content in gas production.High concentration of omethoate can inhibit methane content in gas production.(5)The SPSS software was used to analyze the data of orthogonal test, and the order of the influence on the production of anaerobic fermentation of abandoned rose was as follows: The influence of these four factors on the final total gas production was: Omethoate concentration> the mass ratio of pig manure and straw > temperature> initial pH.The main order of the average methane content of the rose straw anaerobic fermentation gas was: the mass ratio of pig manure and straw > Omethoate concentration > temperature> initial pH.Through a comprehensive analysis, the effect of the quality ratio of pig manure and straw on the average methane content is far less than that on the total gas production. Therefore,The optimal test scheme of fermentation gas production using abandoned rose straw as substrate is: A2B3C2D1.The experimental results show that the final cumulative gas production is 5,208 ml,and the average methane content is63.78 %.
