Coenzyme Q10 is one of the most important coenzyme in the human body,and an important part of the respiratory chain,which participate and maintain cell membrane permeability.It can also scavenge free radicals,improve immunity and have some other functions.Because of its anti-aging,anti-oxidation,enhance immunity,anti-tumor,protect the skin and other physiological activities,coenzyme Q10 have a broad market prospect in food,health food,medicine,cosmetics,and many other fields.In recent years,coenzyme Q10 is active in the domestic health care products market,it often used in the formulation with natural vitamin E,which can play a better role of antioxidant,auxiliary blood lipids,and enhance the function of immunity.Coenzyme Q10 has two forms,oxidized coenzyme Q10 and coenzyme Q10.Although reduced coenzyme Q10 has stronger activity,for it is also easy to be oxidized,currently,oxidized coenzyme Q10 is the mainly contains in health care products market in China and abroad.Coenzyme Q10 usually combines the use of vitamin E,which is also have d-alpha tocopherol,d-alpha tocopherol acetate two forms to be used in healthy food.There is no consensus on whether the chemical reaction occurs when coenzyme Q10 and vitamin E are used in the same formulation.In this paper,the soft capsules of coenzyme Q10 and two different configurations of natural vitamin E as the main components were studied.Several relevant detection methods of the functional components have been established and validated.Study on the stability of different formulation respectively,Such as,coenzyme Q10 and d-?-tocopherol formulation,coenzyme Q10 and d-?-tocopherol acetate formulation,coenzyme Q10 and d-?-tocopherol with rosemary extracts formulation.In the accelerated aging experiment,soft capsule,only with coenzyme Q10 as main component,whose content is not changed;the soft capsules of coenzyme Q10 and natural vitamin E?d-?-tocopherol acetate?,whose two main components have no obvious change;the soft capsules of coenzyme Q10 and natural vitamin E?d-?-tocopherol?,whose two principal component content have degrade,the absorption peak of reduced coenzyme Q10 appeared on the chromatogram;similarly,the soft capsules of coenzyme Q10 and natural vitamin E?d-?-tocopherol?with rosemary extract,those two principal component content have also declined,however,compared with the formulation without rosemary extract,the trend of reduction of coenzyme Q10 and d-?-tocopherol is not obvious.So the existence of d-?-tocopherol in the formulation is the main influencing factors,which cause the transformation between coenzyme Q10 and reduced coenzyme Q10.The main research object soft capsule is the formulation with d-?-tocopherol and coenzyme Q10.The influence factors of the d-alpha d-?-tocopherol and coenzyme Q10 have been observed by experiment,In order to find out the change of the content of the two main functional components,we study on the influence factors,such as,different proportion,different storage temperature,with air or without air condition.Meanwhile,it is found that the change of coenzyme Q10 and the reduced coenzyme Q10 can be transformed into each other under appropriate conditions,and total balance.
