With the development of modern science and technology and the appearance of various kinds of new technology and industry,a single material has been difficult to meet the higher requirements of comprehensive performance of the material, the research of the advanced laminated metal composites has been a very important trend of the materials research field.Laminated metal composites possess the excellent properties of various components, through rational design,it can be made full use of advantages of components materials to meet with industrial application,so the laminated metal composites has a very broad application prospect. In this study,Ti/Al/Mg/Al/Ti laminated composites were fabricated through hot roll bonding process. The effects of rolling parameters and annealing treatment after rolling on the properties of Ti/Al/Mg/Al/Ti composites were studied. The interface morphology, mechanical properties, the microstructure and texture of the 1060 Al were also discussed,by means of optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),multi-function testing machine named INSTRON,vickers indenter, and so on.The results show that: the interface of Ti/Al of the Ti/Al/Mg/Al/Ti composites prepared by hot rolling was straightness, the interface of Al/Mg was like a wave and fluctuation degree increases with the deformation increases. With increasing the deformation, decreasing the rolling and annealing temperature, the tensile strength and yield strength had been enhanced. The grains in the aluminium layer were gradually elongated along rolling direction with the increase of the rolling reduction, the recrystallization took place when the rolling temperature reached 400 and the annealing temperature reached 350,while the secondary recrystallization took place when the annealing temperature reached 400.During hot rolling and annealing process, recrystallization occurs in the magnesium layer, the grain size decreases with increasing rolling reduction and deceasing rolling temperature, while with increasing annealing temperature, the grain size was increased slowly, when the temperature increased to 400 oC,the grain size increased significantly. The originaltexture of 1060 aluminum alloy center layer was cube texture. The strength of cube texture was decreased and the r-cube shear texture was increased with increasing rolling reduction; The r-cube texture intensity was enhanced first then weakened with rising rolling temperature; With the increase of annealing temperature, the r-cube shear texture disappeared gradually.
