As an important part of petroleum resources,heavy oil has long being regarded as a hotspot among inland oil field development,and the tubing pumping lift technology is one of the most efficient method for heavy oil development.System program design and improvement of tubing pumping lift technology have been studied and discussed in this article as well as relative techniques and process measurements,basing on the survey of current research status of heavy oil reservoir development techniques.Instead of using sucker rod as power transmission components,the usage of tubes increases the downward power of pumps.Two schemes have been raised: string program with tail pipe support and string anchoring program.Tail pipe support scheme is mainly designed for vertical wells whose wellbore condition is not complex in heavy oil block.Anchoring tubular column scheme can be used for wells that deflecting points is higher and pump depth is under the deflecting points.This measure raises the effective stroke,cuts down liquid column back pressure leakage,and helps with pumping.In view of the severe problems that heavy oil with high viscosity is difficult to inhale into the pump,a complete set of new parallel tubing pump has been formed,which is developed from the structure of conventional pump.The improved pump use the structure of series connection plunger up and down in order to improve the power of liquid into the pump,reduce the influence of the friction resistance so as to achieve the aim of enhancing the pump efficiency.The design principle,physical design,operating principle,overall size calculation,component design and etc.are discussed in detail.In addition,technology of antifriction lifting has been studied.By injecting lubrication medium outside the tube,the contact medium between the tube and the casing pipe has been changed,leading to the reduction of abrasion between those two.After field test and effect assessment,the result is ideal.
