In the oil and gas field exploitation,drilling,production and other processes,the use of a variety of special pipe tools,drilling tools,casings and tubing often placed in O2,H2S,CO2 or conductive liquid.In dynamic environment,metal tubing?rod?material is prone to electrochemical corrosion or other kinds of corrosion due to the interaction of mechanical force and hydraulic power.Corrosion problem of sucker rod and tubing in oil wells is especially outstanding,especially in the later period of the oil field,wellbore and reservoir environment went worse with the continuous development,and the corrosion phenomenon of rod-tube became more serious.In this paper,the sampling analysis of the liquid producing wells in each oil production plant of Huabei Oilfield are carried out,and the main corrosion media of each block are analyzed.Through the classification and statistics of the failure of the pipe rod,the partial grinding mechanism of the Huabei Oilfield machine is expounded from two aspects of the grinding position and the eccentric wear characteristics.Through the indoor corrosion rate test,compare different lining material in Huabei Oilfield oil water corrosion effect,a comprehensive comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of internal coating tubing,glass steel liner,nitriding tubing corrosion resistant tubing of various technologies,Finally,HDPE lined tubing is used to solve the corrosion problem of Huabei oilfield.Follow the principle of"differences in geological conditions the oilfield is a difference in the technical parameters of the liner,lined tubing technology cannot copy",experimental research and optimization of final liner performance can be indicators of geological conditions in Huabei oilfield.Based on the well slant data,the friction distribution of the pipe rod in the wellbore is calculated by studying the three-dimensional mechanical model of the stem tube,and the use position and quantity of the lining tubing are properly distributed,and the economy of the technology application is improved under the precondition of protecting the anti-deviation grinding effect.The indoor test data and field application results also indicate that the HDPE lined tubing can effectively prolong the pump inspection cycle and the service life of the tubing,and the parameters of the HDPE lined tubing manufactured by the optimized process parameters meet the standard requirements,and the quality is qualified,and the manufacturing cost is effectively reduced.
