Research And Design Of Hydraulic Drilling Rig Of Integration Of Drilling,Punching And Expanding

Along with the deepening of the coal mining depth,major gas disasters and accidents have occurred frequently.The gas drainage as a fundamental measure for the prevention and control of coal mine gas disasters,the quality and quantity of gas drainage are directly related to the safety production of coal mine,therefore,to develop an efficient gas drainage equipment is particularly important.Through the drilling rig drills in the coal seam is an effective way of gas drainage,hydraulic drilling rig has been widely used in construction of gas drainage hole in the coal seam,due to it has the advantages of compact structure,simple operation,stable transmission,and so on.The chassis of current track-mounted hydraulic drilling rig is higher,only the upper hole can be drilled and the lower hole can not be drilled,thus resulting in the blind area of gas drainage in the coal seam.Removable post drill need to dismantle the rack frequently,transportation is inconvenient,labor intensity and low work efficiency.The cross-sectional area of the ordinary drill bit is small,decentralization of gas drainage tube is difficult,coupled with low permeability of coal seam,which is not conducive to gas drainage.This paper presents a kind of hydraulic drilling rig of integration of drilling,punching and expanding,the drilling rig has the characteristics of compact structure,flexible operation,complete section operation,good safety performance and so on,which is to eliminate the blind area of gas drainage in the coal seam,and drilling rig movement is flexible and reliable.The drilling rig is the same as the conventional drilling in the static pressure water or the middle and low pressure air drilling,switch to high pressure water after drilling,high and low voltage conversion device of integration of drilling,punching and expanding is started,realize the dual function of mechanical expanding and high pressure water jet punching,so as to achieve the effect of gas drainage of integration of drilling,punching and expanding.First,through the investigation of the site operating environment and access to the relevant information about drilling rig,to determine the overall scheme of hydraulic drilling rig of integration of drilling,punching and expanding;Secondly,the various parts of the drilling rig are designed and calculated according to the actual technical indicators.Then,the three dimensional modelling of the various parts of the drilling rig are designed and assembled,mechanical analysis,motion analysis and finite element analysis of the key components of the drilling rig are completed,to determine its performance in line with the design requirements;Finally,draw two-dimensional drawings of hydraulic drilling rig of integration of drilling,punching and expanding,manufacture various parts and assemble prototype.The industrial test and application of integral device of drilling,punching and expanding as core components of the drilling rig shows that the drilling bit of expanding has flexible action,reliable structure,significant expanding effect,and greatly improve the efficiency of gas drainage.
