In the process of oil exploration and development,drilling technology always breaks through innovation.Gas drilling technology has the advantage of traditional drilling technology.The drilling speed block can protect the oil and gas layer and have little damage to the formation.Although gas drilling technology has been widely used in solving low pressure loss and increasing drilling speed,the resulting well control problem has become a bottleneck restricting gas drilling technology,because gas drilling is more likely to occur than conventional drilling.Oblique,so anti-tilt technology has always been one of the most important and difficult problems in gas drilling.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the mechanism of gas drilling wells and to develop anti-slanting measures from both theoretical and practical applications to guide practical engineering applications.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Introduce different types of gas drilling technologies,such as air drilling,nitrogen drilling,natural gas drilling,diesel tail gas drilling,etc.,to analyze the advantages and limitations of various drilling technologies.(2)Analysis of factors affecting well inclination in gas drilling such as formation dip,formation effluent,drilling pressure,well angle,circulating medium,drilling tool combination,etc.The results show that the dip angle of the formation is the same when the dip angle of the local layer is the same as the inclination angle of the well.The influence on the gas well inclination is significantly greater than the influence of the formation dip angle on the conventional well.The influence of the drilling pressure on the well inclination is mainly reflected in the inclination angle of the well.When the inclination angle of the well is the same,the larger the drilling pressure is,the more serious the inclination is.(3)Introduce the structural principle of the air hammer technology and its rock breaking mechanism.The finite element numerical simulation analysis of the tower drilling tool is carried out by combining the field data.The results show that the size of the drill collar is larger when the tower drilling tool is used in combination.The better the oblique effect,the anti-slanting ability of the air hammer plus tower drill combination in the gas well drilling process is better than the anti-slanting ability of the roller cone drill plus the tower drill.
