The molding technology of optical glass is one of the precision replication molding technology.Molding technology has the advantages of one-time molding,high efficiency and low cost,and is suitable for mass production compared with traditional processing technology like polishing,grinding.This technology is developing rapidly because of the increasing use of high precision optical glass lenses.This technology is relatively backward in China,glass molding equipment use in domestic basically rely on imports,In order to adapt to the rapid increase in the use of high-precision glass lenses,we needs to master the glass molding technology and research glass molding equipment by ourselves.The topic design glass molding equipment relies on the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovation Circle project named the research of micro printing device and processing technology for precise glass optical microstructure.Glass molding equipment Include structure,heating system,mold and control system,the four part of glass molding equipment research at four postgraduate.In this paper,designed structure of equipment.The main contents are as follows.(1)Design of glass molding machine transmission structure according to the working principle.Determine the most appropriate solution compare with three transmission schemes,and then select of relevant parts.(2)In the structural design,several schemes are designed to ensure the precision because of precision of this equipment is high.The main method is to control the accuracy of the classification and centering device to ensure mold closing,it means that the upper and lower mode proper alignment are controlled in the range of centering device error adjustment by the structure,and then adjusting the position of the upper die by centering device in molding,ensure mold safety closing rely on chamfer of guide column.(3)designing frame according to the size of the transmission parts,other spare parts installation location and installation,the equipment frame is welded by square steel.After the initial frame design,do static simulation using ANSYS Workbench,The stress concentration position structure improvement,then determined the frame structure.To the frame for modal analysis,put forward frame vibration preventing scheme according to the frame vibration characteristics.(4)Designed the other structure of this equipment.This paper mainly introduces the design of the components on the intermediate shaft,The structure of the intermediate shaft is the core structure of the equipment,and the mould,transmission and heating system are installed on the corresponding position of the shaft.The main content of design include analysis force of the components with large force,structure design of water cooling block,design sealing principle and sealing ring installation position,design of the heating hood motion scheme.(5)Design machine sheet metal and complete the final assembly.
