Printing electronic technology is a science and technology which makes ues of traditional printing technology to manufacture devices and systems.Based on the distinctive features of the technology of large area and flexibility and low-cost,it can reduce the pollution,reduce materials waste and cost.As a kind of common and highly stable semiconductor metal oxide,ZnO is very suitable for the manufacture of gas sensors because of its high surface area,strong surface activity and very sensitive to external changes.In addition,the hydrophobic carboxyl modified ZnO has excellent super hydrophobic properties.In this paper,flexible piezoelectric sensors and superhydrophobic surfaces were prepared by combining ZnO nanomaterials with printed electronics.The main contents of this paper are as follows.The structure and morphology of the four-needle ZnO nanorods prepared by high-temperature oxidation method were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the temperature of the muffle furnace has significant influence on the structure properties the four needle-like structure of ZnO less furnace temperature is 1050 ? ~ 1100 ?,the sample for the four needle-like ZnO structure,the optimal temperature for the reaction.The ZnO nanostructure was successfully prepared by hydrothermal method.The results showed that zinc acetate as the raw material,hydrogen peroxide and PVP as the complexes,under the alkaline condition of sodium hydroxide,the optimum reaction conditions The temperature of the vacuum drying oven was 140 ? and the reaction time was 2h,and a three-dimensional flower-like ZnO structure was obtained.The four-needle-like ZnO nanoparticles have fast sensitive sensing properties with respect to the pressure signal.The four-needle ZnO is combined with the carbon paste screen and the ZnO electrode is prepared with ZnO as the sensitive layer and the carbon paste as the sensing layer.The piezoelectric sensors prepared with the carbon paste modified electrode and the ZnO-sensitive layer prepared in this paper have high sensitivity for piezoelectric sensing.Efflorescent structure and nanometer ZnO of ZnO structure.On this basis,the low surface energy of the material by the chemical modification of stearic acid,which has super-hydrophobic properties of the surface and by adding polyurethane,etc.to improve the adhesion of the film.
