Zeolite membrane play an important role on catalysis,petrochemical and fine chemical industry and other fields owing to the good integrity,stability,and excellent catalytic activity of molecular sieve membrane.Zeolite membrane shows potential application prospects because of the hydrophilic of low silicon zeolite membrane and hydrophobic of high silicon molecular sieve membrane in areas such as water separation,humidity control.And the traditional chromium coating with pollution of heavy metals and cancer-causing May be replaced with the inorganic molecular sieve corrosion-resistant membrane as a result of the excellent corrosion resistance of compact zeolite membrane contains the template agent.Multifunctional molecular sieve membrane is becoming an important issue in the field of zeolite film.At present,organic-inorganic compound film material has been widely studied.But the research of multifunctional molecular sieve inorganic composite membrane has just started.So far,the literature reports on the single-layer high-low silicon zeolite composite membrane on the surface of the aluminum alloy haven't found.This topic around the inorganic corrosion-hydrophilic molecular sieve composite membrane on aluminum alloy surface aims to solve the problems of aluminum alloy corrosion and water separation,etc.In the aspects of theoretical value,the success of the film developed not only solved the problems of corrosion of the metal substrate due to the low silica alumina ratio molecular sieve film was prepared under the strongly basic condition,but also a reliable technical route and theoretical basis was provided for the preparation of inorganic-inorganic composite zeolite membrane.In addition,the technology can be extended to various fields,such as aerospace,household appliances,automobile industry,humidity control and antimicrobial,etc.The thesis aims to prepare multifunctional high-low-silica-zeolite membrane with excellent hydrophilic and corrosion-resistant properties Based on previous theoretical basis and practical experience.Varies of particle size and Intersecting Silicalite-1,ZSM-5 and NaA zeolite with regular shape was synthesized by hydrothermal method.Besides that,the influence of the ratio of raw materials,crystallizing temperature and crystallizing time on production was studied systematically.The best synthesis conditions were determined and larges of scientific theory basis for the development of zeolite were provided in the thesis.This thesis was focused on the preparation and characterization of the multifunctional zeolite membranes with excellent hydrophilicity,corrosion resistance and adhesion grow on the aluminum alloy by microwave synthesis,vapor-phase synthesis and hydrothermal synthesis.Serials zeolite NaA,NaX and NaA/ZSM-5/Aluminum Alloy membranes have been prepared on the surface of aluminum alloy and porous Al2O3 ceramics.The best synthesis conditions of zeolite membrane were determined and larges of scientific theory basis for the development of multifunctional zeolite membrane were provided in the thesis.Besides that,it is the feasible way to prepare multifunctional zeolite membrane by adopting mirror-synthesis technology or leading the elements related to cage construction of zeolite into coating-liquid.
