The new corrosion resistant aluminum alloy has been prepared by semi-continuous casting, thermal process. Using thermal processing simulation, the research of thermoplasticity, hardness measurement and electrical conductivity test, tensile test at room temperature, metallographic analysis and electronic microscopy, the mechanical properties and microstructure as well as the variation disciplinarian of microstructure of new corrosion resistant aluminum alloy have been investigated. It is concluded that. The optimum chemical content range of Mg is 6.0%~6.2%, in which the content of Mg should be controlled above the medium value. And the concentration of Mn that is the content of 0.3% is in middle limit, while that of Sc is joined in the form of Al-2%Sc master alloys agent, which is carried when temperature of the melted materiel is over 800℃after aluminum bulks are melted; The best refined processing of new corrosion resistant aluminum alloy is made up of the melted refining in furnace and the melted refined online out furnace. During the whole of the latter process, the inert gases with small uniform air bladder are pumped continuously in filter. Melting and casting processing parameters are determined; When new corrosion resistant aluminum alloy is deformed by compression at high temperature, flow stress depends on deformation temperature and deformation rate. The flow stress declines with deforming temperature increases, while increases with deformation rate increases; Flow stress increases rapidly with strain rate increases, which is up to maximum, then it declines gradually. When the status of deformation tends to stability, dynamic recovery shows; Thermal processing temperature of new corrosion resistant aluminum alloy is safe at 350℃~420℃, which due to non-hot cracks on surface of samples; The condition of surface of samples having no hot cracks is that deformation temperature and deformation rate is 415℃~440℃and 10-3s-1~10-2s-1 respectively; With thermoplastic temperature increasing, instantan- eous high-temperature strength of new corrosion resistant aluminum alloy declines gradually, while plasticity increases. When temperature is 350℃~400℃, deformation resistance is lower, but thermoplasticity is higher. The higher heated temperature of cast is, the biggest the rate of hot processing cracking is. The proper hot processing temperature range of new corrosion resistant aluminum alloy is 400℃~420℃...
