Currently,the artificial lift is the main method of oil production in oil field,it is an important part of oil field energy consumption,for about 35%of total energy consumption in the oil field.Consequently,the research of artificial lifted well's energy consumption has important implications for the oil fields of energy saving.This article describes the energy distribution of rod pumped well and analysis the distribution of energy consumption on the ground and underground,it is also analysis the mains factor affecting energy consumption in underground of rod pumped well.Determine the "big pump diameter,long stroke,low red time",the integration of ground and underground optimization principles.It is effectively reducing the energy of the system of rod pumped well.According to the research on the accommodation of screw pump in different block of Xing-north region,it identified "equal delivery capacity" optimization method of screw pump.It has improved the lifting ability and the asynchronous contradictory between feed and flow of screw pump.According to the use of the "integration" of artificial lifted well in Xing-north region,the pump inspection cycle has extended and the operation cost has declined.The crude oil stimulated in case of reducing the time account for downhole operation.New breakthroughs have been made on energy-saving technologies and management,valuable experience for the energy saving potential in oil field has been accumulated to provide the basis.
