Fireflood Assisted Gravity Drainage(gravity fire flooding)is the world advanced fire flooding development technology,is an effective replacement technique for heavy oil development,in a pilot test in country.Implementation of gravity fire flooding development test bring new technical troubles to heavy oil gathering system,mainly embodied in the aspects of air injection technology,transportation technology and produced gas anticorrosion technology.This research mainly rely on gravity fire flooding pilot test in block Shul-38-32 Liaohe oil field,through the test and analysis of indoor,through the field investigation of Liaohe oil field normal fire flooding,learn from the successful experience of Liaohe oil field normal fireflooding on conventional gravity fire flooding,air injection technology,transportation technology and produced gas anticorrosion technology for in-depth study,focused on solving the key problem of high pressure,large flow air compressor selection,high temperature produced liquid gathering and produced gas anticorrosion problems which restrict the gathering,and put forward the suitable scheme for block Shu 1-38-32 gravity fire flooding test surface gathering process.The "screw compressor" + "reciprocating compressor" is determined through research,using high-temperature closed gathering and transportation process,the corrosion resistant metal + inner coating technology,to meet the gravity fire flooding test production needs,to establish the technical foundation for the industrialized application of gravity fire flooding.
