There are a lot of laboratory experimental studies on the technology of gravity drainage assisted by fire flooding in horizontal wells.On the one hand,the main reason is that the injection and mining parameters are not well controlled,on the other hand,there is a lack of effective control measures on the site.In this paper,the parameters of injection and mining and the control of fire line in z18 fire-flooding test area are studied by means of numerical simulation and field dynamic analysis.In this paper,the dry degree of steam in the preheating stage,the preheating mode,the amount of gas injected in the ignition stage,the rate of gas extraction and the injection-ratio of production are determined as very important injection-production parameters.In this paper,the reasonable parameters are determined by numerical simulation.In addition,the thickness of oil layer is also the main factor that affects the stable combustion in the field application of fire drive technology.The combustion characteristics of the fire drive process are studied by using physical model experiment,which provides theoretical basis for controlling measures of mine test.According to the situation of xinjiang oil field actual fire flooding,through the numerical simulation and dynamic production data analysis,put forward the high temperature control in the process of ignition,fire flooding injection-production parameters and horizontal wellbore water injection cooling form coking take fire,fire flooding early increase gas injection way,the distance of the vertical and horizontal production well in order to prevent breakthrough of combustion front and maintain stable burning fire flooding process.In this paper,the actual fire flooding process of the well group 1 is studied,and the state characteristics of stable combustion are analyzed from the aspects of oil recovery,gas injection volume,air oil ratio and recovery rate.It provides the development technology reference for other well groups in the test area.
