With accelerated and expanded exploration,more problems are presented in front of us,and contradictions become more intensive.While the wells become deeper,high strata temperature,long drilling period and long open hole have much more significant influence on drilling fluid high temperature stability,litho logy carriage,bore hole stability and gas reserve protection.For safety operation,high efficiency drilling and protect reserve layers,in recent years,Jilin Oilfied applied high temperature resistance water base drilling mud,oil in water of under balance system,which basically satisfied depth strata gas exploration and production needs.Intensive requirement on safety and environment-friend,economic and effective exploration and production make oil in water system confined on a certain extent.Meanwhile,reserve protection awareness strengthened reserve layers damages caused by normal water base drilling system were much more recognized by colleague.This make us to find a new system that satisfies high temperature stability,litho logy carriage,bore hole stability and protects reserve layers,lowers exploration and production costs,and relieves environment protection stress.Through methysalt none solid phase drilling and completion system study,it develops integrated techniques of methysalt none solid phase drilling and completion system,and tested 2 wells:Longshen3,Longshen6,Longshen205,Fu16 In these tests operation went smoothly,boreholes kept regular shapes.Longshen2 return permeability is up to 87.1%in well site,and this well obtained 50000 cubic meter gas and 3 ton lightweight oil.
