In this article,the polymer of humic acid onto polycation was synthetized by using humic acid,epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine.The influential factors,such as reaction temperature,reaction time,and reactant mass ratio were explored.The optimum conditions were obtained as follow:dosage of cross-linking agent of 3%,the masstio of humic acid to epichlorohydrin to dimethylamine of 1.0:18.5:15,reaction temperature of 65?,reaction time of 6h.The products,HDEE,HDED,HDET,were written in short from ethylenediamine,diethylenetriamine and triethylene tetramine as cross-linking agent.Their cation degree and apparent viscosity(5%aqueous soloution)were 4.6 mmol·g-1,5.8 mmol·g-1,6.0 mmol · g-1 and 18.9 mPa · S,21 mPa · S,27 mPa · S,respectively.Based on the structure of products,the ability of treating imitated polymer flood sewage,anti-swelling properties and corrosion inhibitory properties were studied.The results showed that HDET could preferably break viscosity,removed HPAM and oil.At the dosage of 225 mg·L-1,the apparent viscosity of polymer flood sewage could be reduced to 1.1 mPa·S,and the rate of removing HPAM and oil could be reached to 91.1%,76.4%under the condition of 45?,pH?7,CNaCI=4000mg/L.The static efficiency of anti-swelling to bentonite was 82.5%,dynamic efficiency of anti-swelling was 72.9%.At 30?,the efficiency of corrosion inhibition was 90.0%when concentration of product solution was 0.9%.
