Heavy oil density is high,viscosity is large,resin and asphaltene content is high.Through Liaohe heavy oil property analysis to understand the basic parameters.Through the the use of surface active agent theoretical knowledge and the organic synthesis of experimental techniques,oil and characteristics of Liaohe heavy oil,synthesize the Liaohe oil regionactive agent as a target active agent.First,through the necessary performance characteristics parameters of active agents to treat the synthesis of the target active agent design,and then use the theory of knowledge synthesis and evaluation of the target active agent to get the basic formula of the target active agent,finally,through the system performance evaluation experiments,optimize the most the best formula for the goal of the optimization formulation of the active agent.Solve the problem that has long been troubled by the heavy oil emulsification and viscosity reduction process emulsification and emulsion breaking contradictory,and further study the impact of various parameters of the viscosity reduction of heavy oil emulsification and demulsification.The emulsion stability is one of the key steps of the process of emulsification and viscosity reduction,including both static stability and dynamic stability.The study found that the emulsifier concentration,stirring intensity,water phase salt content,emulsifying temperature and so on,have a huge impact on the stability of the emulsion.Demulsification is the key steps of emulsification and viscosity reduction.In this article,compound an efficient demulsifier,preferably the corresponding conditions of demulsification conditions,and reduce the cost of the demulsification process of emulsification and viscosity.reduction.Studies have shown that:? emulsifier and oil-water composition has a certain degree of compatibility of the law.The nature and proportion of oil and water,the type of agent and its dosage,temperature,mixed-mode factor is the stability of the emulsion and the apparent viscosity of the main factors;? the W/O emulsion and its inverse emulsion in the study temperature range was non-Newtonian behavior.
