| In order to insure the oil can be gathered and transferred smoothly,oil and gas gathering and transferring system burn the gas produced with the oil to heat the oil-water mixture.Approximate 20-30 m3 gas will be consumed for 1t oil.With the oilfield in its late production period,most oil wells move to extreme high WC stage,the average WC is about 90%.Energy consumption and heat loss are very high because of heated transferring.What's more,with the reduction of oil production,the gas production also declines accordingly and it is difficult to achieve gas target.In 2010,the average WC of our oilfield is over 90%and the oilfield moved into developing stage of high WC.The fluidity of oil-water mixture becomes better,which provide the necessary condition to carry out seasonal low-temperature and normal-temperature transferring.Nowadays,most of the gas is consumed in Transferring Station and Complex Station,therein about 84%in Transferring Station.Normal-temperature transferring not only reduce energy consumption,but also help to achieve production target.So we have to carry out seasonal low-temperature and normal-temperature transferring.The project choose the 10th Complex Station region to carry out the experiment and research of low-temperature and normal-temperature transferring based on previous related research.Find out the situation and distribution raw of energy consumption of a entire Complex Station.System by site surveying,compile the execution plan of seasonal low-temperature and normal-temperature transferring by surveying production situation of 10th Complex Station and the basic character of oil,the1 execute it.For the problem of well,Measuring Station,Transferring Station,Dehydrating Station and Dirty Water Station,study and find solution to insure the plan to be execute successfully.Eventually,it can raise experience of seasonal low-temperature and normal-temperature transferring in the entire oilfield. |
