| The project is a joint stand for the current aging oil dehydration difficulties caused by the instability of power off and the external transmission purified oil water content fluctuations.It finally can deal with aging oil effectively,avoid the vicious cycle of aging oil dehydration system and solve the excessive power off instability and outside the oil moisture content through researching a thermochemical method to deal with aging oil technology and developing of novel agents for aging oil for joint stations.Through surveys,analysis of the joint station aging oil field conditions and laboratory tests on the aging of the oil component.It can study the causes and mechanism of aging oil.Of the current process of the joint station site survey,research and analysis of aging oil treatment process for joint stand aging oil dehydration process,and study the process dehydration temperature,dehydration and other relevant parameters of the processing time,improve the technology.Developing the joint stand of aging oil processing agents,testing fungicide compatibility.Completion of field technology test to determine the optimum deposition time,dosing categories,plus the drug concentration and effect analysis of the thermo-chemical treatment process.Completing objective of the study.Solving the influence of aging oil joint to station electric dehydrator.Making process of aging oil water content1.0%. |
