The Study On Skin Effect Tracing Transportation Of Heavy Oil In Liaohe Oilfield

In this paper,the research on skin effect tracing system and super heavy oil pipeline transportation of the foreign and domestic scholar has been combined.Firstly the rheological properties of the super heavy oil in Liaohe oil field are studied by testing.Then the skin effect tracing test on the super heavy oil in Liaohe oil field is done.And the actual tracing effect,tracing power and reliability are determined.After comparing several super heavy oil pipeline transportation methods,combined with the characteristics of the super heavy oil in Liaohe oil field the heating transportation is determined as the best transportation method.The electric tracing is more advanced than the conventional heat medium tracing.It is environmental,and it can reduce manpower and occupied area.The researches on super heavy oil transportation are few in our country.A complete,mature and scientific pipeline transportation scheme has not been developed yet.At the same time the production cost will increase greatly if automobile transportation is used.So the research on the super heavy oil pipeline transportation has very important theoretical significance and practical application value.According to the super heavy oil,lager high-freezing point oil area,high-freezing point and other characteristics,the skin effect tracing method is adopted.The skin effect tracing is of strong suitability,safe and reliable,easy to install and maintain,high-efficiency and easy to control.Therefore it is the development direction of tracing system.The basic principle and composition structure are studied in this paper.The study can provide,to some extent,more reliable theoretical basis for improving the economical efficiency and safety of Liaohe oil field's super heavy oil skin effect tracing transportation.
