Study On The Combined Process In Visbreaking Residue Refinery Of Liaohe Super Heavy Oil

Liaohe super heavy oil is a typical inferior and heavy crude oil with high density,high viscosity,high acid value,high heavy metal content,high ash content and low yield of light oil.It is difficult to process crude oil with conventional processing technology.At present,the annual processing capacity of super heavy oil in Liaohe petrochemical company is more than 1.2 million tons,and the crude oil is mainly treated by the modified-distillation(visbreaking-distillation)process and delayed coking process.Among them,the large amount of visbreaking residue produced by the modifieddistillation process has no effective processing means and can only be sold as 130# asphalt products with low economic benefits.Moreover,the liquid products produced by delayed coking process are of poor quality and the added value of petroleum coke products is low.Therefore,the development of combined processing technology to improve the overall income of Liaohe petrochemical company has a progressive significance.In this paper,two combined process routes of Liaohe super heavy oil visbreaking residue were studied and developed,one was to produce high-quality lube base oil by the combination process of solvent deasphalting and lube oil hydrogenation,the other was to produce environmental rubber oil by the combination process of solvent deasphalting and furfural extraction.The effects of raw materials' properties,operating temperature,solvent ratio and feeding mode on the products and properties of the two combined processes were investigated.The results show that the environmental rubber oil can be prepared by combinedprocess of solvent deasphalting and furfural extraction.The product quality conforms to the European Union environmental protection standard.The CA value of the environmental rubber oil produced by this process is 15.3%,and the CN value is 37%.The other product's quality indicators are equal to or better than those of similar products of domestic and abroad.Revenue per ton of oil of the combined-process is about 1768.58 RMB/t,which is 1294.91 RMB/t higher than the original process.The viscosity index of the bright stock produced by combined-process of solvent deasphalting and lube oil hydrogenation is low,which does not meet the product quality criterion of Q/SY44-2009,but it can produce some naphthenic rubber oil as by-products.
