The catalytic distillation tower is a set of device for the catalytic reaction and absorption separate function in an operation unit.However,in the growing short of energy today,the traditional tray efficiency has been difficult to meet the requirements of efficiency.Energy conservation and environmental protection have already become one of the important research projects.In order to get the high efficiency of the catalytic rectification process equipments and new components,predecessors never stopped the related research for improving mass transfer efficiency of the equipments.This paper put forward two new types of catalytic distillation internal components,cylindrical column component and the reverse cone component.The vertical cylindrical column internals is built on the basis of the sieve plate tower.It increases the contact area between gas and liquid,and in the role of the catalyst,its mass transfer ability is much more efficient.The catalytic layer is directly put inside the reverse cone component without the component cover.It was a desorption experiment and made the air,the water and the dioxide carbon as the experimental system with the normal condition of the environment temperature.Under the different liquid spray density,different quantity of lifting air,different fluid holdup and different conditions such as opening rate,incline angle,the research proceeded through the mass transfer ability of the effects.Through the lots of experiments,I got the conclusion that following the increase of kinetic gas energy factor,the both efficiency of tower were all improving at first and dropping at last.And with the same conditions,the plate efficiency of the new type of the cylindrical column component is higher than the reverse cone component.Through the physical model,the experiment data association,we could draw the mass transfer efficiency model,and according to the experimental data of the internal components we could get the formula of mass transfer efficiency of the cylindrical column component..
