This paper researches on the signal collected based on acoustic emission detection of metal corrosion experiments.Experiment selected three kinds of metal materials commonly used on tank,Q235,Q345R and 304 stainless steel respectively monitoring in Nacl solution for acoustic emission of corrosion,through the observation of the experimental phenomena in combination with acoustic emission instrument to collect to the number of collision,rise time and duration,amplitude and energy analysis of acoustic emission parameters,find the mild steel corrosion and the corrosion of stainless steel,the characteristics of the acoustic emission signal also found corrosion difference between acoustic emission signal and noise signal;At the scene of the storage and transportation of metal tank,acoustic emission monitoring by acoustic emission signals were collected on-site environment analysis of related parameters,collected a large number of signal is signal processing on the spot,get rid of the noise signal,find out the metal storage tank corrosion characteristics of acoustic emission signal;Comparing the acoustic emission signal of metal corrosion research collected on site storage tank corrosion signal with lab,first of all,using parameter analysis comparing two groups of data analysis,waveform analysis combining to the laboratory conditions and acoustic emission were collected on-site storage tank corrosion conditions,waveform analysis,to find the difference and connection,provide the basis for further simulation and laboratory research,Using parameter analysis,the wavelet coefficient of the wavelet energy spectrum analysis,k-means cluster analysis,acoustic emission signal processing method of collected acoustic emission signal of metal corrosion is analyzed.Extracted the metal corrosion signal feature,studied the acoustic emission signal analysis technology.The research results can be used in the industries of petrochemical storage tank online testing results evaluation,and to find out next to metal corrosion of acoustic emission signals is the most effective signal processing method has important significance.
