Nano composite coatings is usually nano-materials added to the traditional coatings,dispersion,and the original paint was modified after the formation of the coating,coating significantly improved the original performance and to give the paint new features.nano-materials due to large surface area high surface energy,and has a unique nano-effect has been gradually applied to the material modification.In this paper,we first need to solve the reunion of nano-Ti02 in the medium,the solution to this problem has an important role in the preparation of three anti-nano coatings,to solve this problem we use materials analysis software on a single molecular structure of Ti02 nano particles,the spatial molecular structure of each atom's electron cloud and potential molecular simulation.We chose the car boxy methyl hydroxyl ethyl cellulose,LH-716 solvent-based dispersant and 731 dispersant,sodium hexametaphosphate four dispersants on the dispersion of nano-Ti02 in the medium and modified research,by the amount of dispersant,dispersion agent type and concentration of nano particles dispersion effect of the discussion was obtained in organic media and aqueous media,LH-716 solvent-based dispersants and 731 dispersant best dispersant for nano sized Ti02.Titanate and silane coupling agents and other reagents nano particles modified test,discuss the amount of modifier nano particles modification effect modifier and dispersant compatibility.Observed by field emission scanning electron microscope,the effect achieved by the dispersion of nano particles in the medium and modified.In this paper we also epoxy resin and water-based epoxy resin emulsion as the film-forming substances in the preparation of J55 and ester-12 coalescent good performance of the three anti-nano coating,test analysis to determine the three anti-the formulation and preparation process of nano-coatings.Done a preliminary study on the development of three anti-nano coating and curing mechanism,in ordinary paint will be pre-dispersed nano particles slurry stage to join in with paint and dispersed,add paint additives was prepared by blending the three defenses nano-coatings,the study identified the formulation and preparation process and curing influencing factors.The field emission scanning electron microscope and scanning electron microscopy to observe the surface morphology of the coatings by comparing the analysis obtained using blends prepared by nano-coating of meticulous,even,can be obtained containing uniformly distributed nano crystal line grain coatings.Finally,we also prepared three anti-nano-coatings,corrosion,scale,anti-wax performance of the experiments and analysis of test,Concluded sufficient evidence we configured the three anti-nano-coatings with good anti-corrosion,scale,anti-wax function.Its performance in these three areas is much better than the other coatings.
