In recent years, with the worsening of the environment faced by the oil and gas exploration, oil well pipe corrosion damage problem is getting worse, and corrosion has become a key factor to affect the service life and reliability of the pipeline system is the main cause of pipeline accidents. Therefore, strengthening the oil well pipe corrosion and protection research is particularly important. Coating Protection Act is to prevent metal corrosion is the most effective and most widely used method, the epoxy resin is the most widely used anti-corrosion coatings, but usually require its modification due to the epoxy coating is crisp, easy to aging shortcomings, currently studied by the method of nano-modified to improve the corrosion resistance of epoxy resin.Selection of nano-silica and nano-alumina article as a paint filler, the silane coupling agent KH560as a modifier of the nanoparticles, chemical modification and ultrasonic dispersed with mechanical stirring combination of nanoparticles dispersed into the epoxy and determine the proportion of each component in the coating by orthogonal test method, to prepare a nano-modified epoxy anti-corrosion coatings. Adhesion, hardness, impact strength test method for the routine performance of the coatings were characterized; nanoparticles and epoxy resin before and after modification were characterized by infrared spectroscopy on nano-particles in the epoxy coatings were investigated by SEM in the dispersion, and nano-modified epoxy resin mechanism discussed; electrochemical experiments to study the corrosion performance of the modified coating, slow stress tensile test evaluation of a modified coating anti-sulfide penetration the capacity of the friction and wear experiments evaluated the wear resistance of the modified coating, solvent immersion tests evaluated the modified coating of acid, alkali, salt resistance performance and nano-modified epoxy anti-corrosion coating against corrosion mechanism briefly.The experimental results show that the optimized formulation of nano-silica/alumina modified epoxy anti-corrosion coating:100g, the E44epoxy resin, nano-silica3g, nano-alumina3g, KH560coupling agent5g, defoamers2g, dispersants,4g, curing agents15g, paint the optimal performance. Preferred formula preparation of anti-corrosion coating performance test results as follows:adhesion to a pendulum damping hardness of1.0429, the impact strength of38kg· cm, infrared spectroscopy results showed that the nanoparticles modified with silane coupling agent characteristics groups, the SEM tests showed that the nanoparticles are dispersed uniformly in epoxy resin, and electrochemical experiments showed that the coating in simulated oilfield water immersion for240h, EIS continued to show a single capacitive arc appears only one time constant, the resistance of the coating to maintain in108Ω above, showed good corrosion resistance, and slow strain rate tensile test results show that the coating resistance to the penetration of hydrogen sulfide, but the effect is not particularly desirable. The friction and wear test results showed that the wear resistance of nano-modified coating increased by20%compared to pure epoxy coating.
