The workover is one of the major items of equipment for oil exploration and development in China for oil field oil wells.workover operations and underground construction.Field application of workover rigs are mostly self-propelled,single(reference chassis power source),a single derrick derrick workover or double,the power system is mainly used diesel direct drive gearbox drive rollers,winch with The band brake by lifting system to complete the job.The prevalence of this type of workover consumption,high operating costs,noise,pollution.transportation difficulties,and low safety factor.To this end the development of-an efficient,environmentally friendly.low-cost operation of workover rig has practical significance.The research,mainly for the shortcomings of the existing tractor hoist,developed its own dual power electric hydraulic workover rig.Car industrial power as power source,the bottom car diesel engine as a backup power source.through the transfer of the transmission system,driven by the constant power variable pump for low speed high torque motor provides power,the driver disc brake control roller completed work.Limited the total length of the vehicle,in order to facilitate handling and reduce the vehicle load,derrick shortened to a single safety within the range of operations,the derrick design and structural analysis and strength check.The successful development of the workover rig can be adjusted according to the load change power rationing,rational use of system power and hydraulic system running smoothly,reducing the noise generated by mechanical impact,the use of oil off the brake technology to ensure production safety.To achieve the purpose of the research and development of design.
