Design And Research Of The Vehicle Mounted Workover Rig With Gear And Rack And Its Hydraulic Control System

In the middle and late stage of the development of oil or gas field,it is possible that the oil or gas field cannot be produced normally due to some reasons.The difficulty of oil or gas exploration is increased,and the workover task is getting heavier and heavier.In China,there are some problems such as low workover efficiency,low automation degree and large labor intensity.In view of the existing problems of the existing workover rigs,the vehicle mounted workover rig with gear and rack has been designed.Overall scheme of the vehicle mounted workover rig with gear and rack was designed in the beginning.According to the overall scheme of workover rig,detailed scheme of jacking system,rotating system,automatic hydraulic power tong device and pipe string transfer device were designed.According to the detailed scheme design,the structure of the vehicle mounted workover rig with gear and rack was designed,including gear and rack,jacking device,rotating device,lift sub,back-up wrench,derrick,brake device,automatic hydraulic power tong device and pipe string transfer device.The 3d model was established through SolidWorks software,and the finite element analysis of the key parts of the vehicle mounted workover rig with gear and rack was carried out through ANSYS Workbench software.The hydraulic control system was designed by analyzing the operation process of the vehicle mounted workover rig with gear and rack.Action flow diagram of jacking system,rotating system,automatic hydraulic power tong device and pipe string transfer device were drawn.The parameters of hydraulic actuator were calculated and selected.The schematic diagram of hydraulic circuit of each system was designed and analyzed,and the whole hydraulic control system of the workover rig with gear and rack was designed.Finally,hydraulic simulation of hydraulic circuit of jacking system,rotating system,automatic hydraulic power tong device and pipe string transfer device were carried out through AMESim software,and the simulation results were analyzed.
