Dimethyl carbonate(DMC)is a new type of green chemical material,which chemical properties is non-toxic and active.DMC has important application in chemical synthesis,electrochemicstry,fuel oil additives,and solvent.Europen has been listed it as non-toxic product,Which also meet morden "energy conservation and emission reduction" requirements.Nowadays,there are several routes for DMC synthesis,but most of them is high pollution and high risk.DMC directly synthesis from carbon dioxide and methanol fit with "atom economy" of green chemical,which reactants and products also fit with non-toxi standard.Carbon dioxide is the main industrial emissions and the main greenhouse gases,which is also a kind of not widely used potential source of carbon.Methanol is a kind of inexpensive chemical materials.Therefore,dimethyl carbonate synthesis from carbon dioxide and methanol is significant for both the circulation of resource and environmental protection.The study used 1,1,3,3-Tetrafluorohexylethyl distannoxane as catalyst in synthesis of dimethyl carbonate from carbon dioxide and methanol.In different reaction conditions,we adopted CO2-methanol system,FC-72-toluene mixture two-phase system for target reaction,determined the optimum condition of reaction.In CO2-methanol system,effects of reaction conditions including temperature,pressure,reaction time,catalyst loading,repeated use of the catalyst and dehydrating agent loading on the result of reactions were studied.The optimal reaction conditions were:Temperature 180?,Pressure 8.0MPa,Reaction time 10h,The best catalyst loading is 40mg.TON reached 39.27.After 5 times repeated uses of the catalyst,the catalyst still has high activity.The TON can be significantly improved by adding 2,2-dimethoxypropane(DMP)as dehydration agent,which was improved to 1207 by adding 164mmol/L of DMP.Study on FC-72-toluene mixture two-phase system in different reaction conditions use orthogonal experiment method,determined the optimal reaction conditions.The results of the study show that,the order of four factors is:catalyst dosage>pressure>temperature>reaction time.Optimal level is:catalyst dosage 50mg,the reaction pressure 8.0MPa,reaction temperature 170?,reaction time 10hours;The result of optimal combination from orthogonal experiment is:catalyst dosage 50mg,the reaction pressure 8.OMPa,reaction temperature 170?,reaction time 10hours.In optimal conditions,TON is 36.7.
