With more stringent environmental regulations of the fuel oil sulfur content in co-untries around the world,use and produce the friendly environment of low-sulfur for diesel fuel product has become priorities of a national in the field of fuel oil desulfu-rization research.At present,the using of diesel has become more and more in fuel oil,however,benzothiophene,dibenzothiophene and their ramification is mainly existed in the sulfur compound.Removing these kinds of sulfur compounds is not easy by a-dding hydrogenation.Oxidative desulfurization of non-hydrodesulfurization has receive-d extensive attention for the advantages of mild reaction conditions,without hydrogen,and low operating cost.However,the oxidant used in most of the oxidative desulfur-ization is hydrogen peroxide,it is water soluble.So,Make water-soluble oxidants and oil-soluble sulfur compounds to form a two-phase interface easily,that it can not fully access,the mass transfer resistance,resulting in lower desulfurization rate,the utilize-tion of oxidant is lower.In this paper,based on the characteristics of the phase trans-fer catalyst,combining heterogeneous catalysis and emulsion systems,with the concept of emulsion catalytic oxidation,using hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant,studied the deep desulfurization of the simulation oil with benzothiophene and three kinds of actu-al diesel.In this paper,a new oxidation desulfurization of sulfur-containing compounds in Emulsion system by amphiphilic phase-transfer catalytic oxidative was studied.Catalyti c Oxidation in amphiphilic phase-transfer catalyst Q3[PW4O16],hydrogen peroxide as t he oxidant under mild conditions,the oxidation of sulfur-containing compounds exist in model oil and FCC diesel oil,Finished diesel and Hydrogenated diesel,then the ox idation products of sulfur-containing compounds were extracted by po-lar solvent after oxidizing diesel.The trial investigated the type and proportion of the catalyst cation,the types of modified metal catalysts and the ratio,the temperature of catalyst prepara tion and other factors on the desulfurization effect of the simulation oil with benzoth iophene.To select the appropriate catalyst,and then Investigated the amount of catal yst,oxidizing agents and extractants,dairy speed,reaction time,reaction temperature a nd the type of extractant and extraction times on desulfurization effect of three actual diesel.dode-cyltrimethylammonium chloride phosphortungstic acid.modified by adding ferric nitrate for the effect of desulfurization is better than the iron and manganese.The best oxi-dation reaction conditions for the desulfurization of the FCC diesel oil is the amount of amphiphilic catalyst 0.5%wt,with 10min of reaction time,the amoun t of O/S=3.5(molar ratio),the stirring rate 1000rpm,The time and standing time of t he system of milk ratio of 1:1,reaction temperature 50?.The best oxidation reaction conditions for the desulfurization of the Hydrofining diesel oil is the amount of amp hiphilic catalyst 0.5%wt,reaction time in 5min,the amount of hydrogen peroxideO/S=3.5(molar ratio),the stirring rate2000rpm,The time and standing time of the system of milk ratio of 1:1,reaction temperature 50?.The best oxidation reaction c-onditions for the desulfurization of the Finished diesel oil is the amount of amphiphil-ic cataly st 3%wt,reaction time about 8min,the amount of hydrogen peroxideO/S=4(molar rati o),the stirring rate 1000rpm,The time and standing time of the system of milk ratio of 1:1,reaction temperature 50?.The results about catalytic-oxidation desulfurization of the FCC diesel oil stufy that:the Amphiphilic phase-transfer catalyst Q3[PW4O16]catalyst system displayed the better catalytic oxidative activity,and the sulfur was removed efficiency increased with following the formic acid adding,the oxidative abil-ity of this system is improved.
