Ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) plastics is one of the important plastic synthetic resin material,foamed EVA plastics is an important part of thermosetting plastics,it was widely used,in the production process of foam EVA,there will be large amounts of waste material of the horn side and it's difficult to recycle,the mechano-chemistry decross-linking method for recycling of the foam,not only has the advantages of simple process,high recovery efficiency and also does not have an adverse impact on the environment,but the the mechanical properties of cross-linked EVA material decreased significantly,in order to improve its mechanical properties,calcium carbonate powder and slag which were excellent performance and cheap inorganic filler were used to fill the cross-linking EVA to increase the impact strength and the mechanical stiffness,to overcome the lack of the materials and to improve some properties of EVA materials after filling by calcium carbonate powder and slag modified filler was used to get cross-linked EVA material with excellent performance and it can be widely used.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)When foamed EVA materials were cross-linked for 25 minutes under the temperature of 170?,the obtained cross-linked EVA material sol rate is the highest, the cross-linking rate is the highest,the mechanical properties and the process conditions are the best solution of the cross-linked EVA material.(2)With the increasing of calcium carbonate content,the tensile strength and elongation at break of cross-linking EVA is decreasing continuously;its impact strength and elastic modulus increases at first and then decreases,the impact strength reached a maximum value of 68 k J/m2 when the calcium carbonate content is 50%, the elastic modulus reached the maximum 23.9MPa at the calcium carbonate content of 50%,calcium carbonate can greatly improve the impact performance and mechanical stiffness of cross-linked EVA.(3)With the increasing of the content of slag,he tensile strength and elongation at break of cross-linking EVA is decreasing continuously,but the decreasing trend is slower than calcium carbonate which is obvious;impact strength and elastic modulus increases,when content of slag is 100%,impact strength reached 83 k J/m2,the elastic modulus is 33.7MPa,slag powder can be used as an inorganic filler, the solution of cross-linked EVA was modified by filling, and compared with calcium carbonate,slag powder has a better filling effect on cross-linking EVA,it's more uniform dispersion.(4)The mechanical properties of cross-linked EVA solution with the increasing of contents of stearic acid modified calcium carbonate,the tensile strength and elongation at break is continuously decreasing;impact strength and elastic modulus of cross-linking increased at first then decreased,when stearic acid modified calcium carbonate content was 50%,the impact strength reached the maximum value of 71 k J/ m2,the modulus reach the maximum value of 26.1MPa.With the increasing of the content of stearic acid modified slag powder,the mechanical properties of cross-linked EVA,its tensile strength and elongation at break is decreasing continuously;its impact strength and elastic modulus increases,impact strength reached 89 k J/m2 with 50% stearic acid modified calcium carbonate content,the maximum modulus of elasticity reached 33.7MPa when stearic acid modified calcium carbonate content is 50%, stearic acid can modify the surface performance of slag powder to improve its solution,and interface compatibility,improve the mechanical properties of cross-linked EVA.
