Creatures of refractory organic phenol wastewater accumulated for a long time will have incalculable damage on the biological health and survival environment. According to the situation, it developed a variety of practice wastewater degradation technique, and each method has its specific application areas. Electrochemical degradation of organic wastewater has a very broad prospect,with high efficiency, no secondary pollution, equipment covered less of area,and easily combined with other methods, so the effect is remarkable. This topic research the three dimensional electrode system maked of organic matter chitosan as a particle electrode to electrochemical oxidize wastewater containing phenol.Experimental Preparation of Ti/SnO2-Sb2O3-La anode and chitosan based particle electrode. Analysis using a scanning electron microscope(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and electrochemical test methods of characterization, preparation of electrode on the crystal structure, surface morphology and the oxygen evolution potential electrode are analyzed.Experiment with three-dimensional system was composed of Ti/SnO2-Sb2O3-La the anode and chitosan based particle electrode degradation of phenolusing the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer detection analysis, three-dimensional electrode method was optimized electrical catalytic degradation process of nitro phenol(pNP),and examines the various reaction factors on the electric catalytic oxidation on the nitro phenol(p-NP) the influence of reduction.The research results show that the best degradation process parameters are: particle filling quantity of 0.6g/cm3, diameter 40 section, 0.2mol/L Na2SO4 electrolyte concentration, current density of 200mA/cm2, plate spacing is 10 mm, optimum process conditions for wastewater degradation rate reached 82%. On chitosan grafted photosensitizer, orthogonal experiment through the light-electric synergistic catalytic degradation rate increased to 91%, the influence of four factors order is: the temperature of the system(D) > photosensitizer quality(B)(A) > pH > illumination time(C). With chitosan as a new system of three dimensional particle electrode degradation rate of 82%, after joining photocatalyst, light-electric synergy improve the effect of the wastewater treatment.
