Synchronization control is the key technology of the control system of rotating sewing machine.This technology can improve the accuracy of synchronization control of needle bar and hook, and then the sewing quality can be improved. This paper study in the synchronization control system. Specific work is as follows:Research the principle of sewing, analysis the cause of the stich of X direction is better than other directions, design the rotating sewing machine. The necessity of real-time synchronization has been expounded. According to the working condition, selecting appropriate servo drive and servo motor.The traditional mechanical synchronous control was analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of synchronization control scheme were researched in order to judge whether it can be used to control the sewing machine. Studying the absolute type PID compensation algorithm,then Discrete out the incremental PID compensation algorithm. In order to improve the efficiency, three limit deviation were introduced.Three sets of control system have been designed, through the analysis of the sewing stitch and whether the breakage to institute whether the designed control system is suitable for sewing machine. Analysis of the reason of returning home out of sync, design the order of returning home. Last, inertia ratio estimation methods and gain parameter adjustment method were instructed in detail, so as to improve uniaxial motion accuracy.Base on this study, the synchronization control was applied to sewing control system successfully, solving the problem of the stitch of other direction is poor than that of X positive direction, optimize the sewing stich.
