The sewing and embroidery system is the intelligence control system that combine of the control technique, sewing technique and embroidery technique together. It link some sewing machine sets, can make traditional handicraft art turn to mass produces based on applied of the auto control technique. The sew and embroidery numerical control technique originate at the middle of 90's in our country, with the development of more than ten years, it had passed at the beginning of the cam sew machine times, and now having developed into computer continuous/ independence/ multi-flowers sew machine and computer control embroidery machine. Meanwhile the related technique progresses unremittingly in domestic, the system's controlling mode already from at the beginning only single chip control to the industrial computer control till now. But the local enterprise produces the sewing and embroidery equipments is generally low speed, low accuracy, bad stability, and easy be damaged etc.This paper put forward that apply the embedded technique to the sewing and embroidery numerical control system in the foundation of thorough researched on the traditional "PC + NC" control mode system. The embedded sewing and embroidery control system not only have advantage of the NC system's real time, well dependable, low cost and low energy consume, but also have the characteristics of the PC good development environment, plentiful of soft hardware resources, the friendly interface and possess operating system. The paper would mainly research the key technical problem in embedded system.As to the embedded system terrace, the paper had researched the embedded operating system VxWorks transplantation on the S3C2410X microprocessor target board, primarily analyze to it's the BSP installed of the minimum system, and pass the test to confirm the embedded controller's work stability of the CPU, SDRAM and FLASH.Thorough analysis the display technology of the VxWorks operating system, had studied the display optimize of the line, arc and ellipse under the VxWorks operating system's WindML, and had designed the vectorgraph deposit data structure including theline, arc, and ellipse, which of them is the research base of the GUI and control technology.At control algorithm induce the fussy control technique, using the T- S fussy logically model, the accuracy closely-related parameters such as the step error, step changing rate error, position error, position changing rate error used as the fuzzy logically model parameter input, the numerical interpolator correction used as the fussy logical output parameter. We used the off-line calculate, on-line search table method to capture the system's moving status, after the fussing, logical ratiocination, articulation and export, which of them are realize in the S3C2410X microprocessor. Aiming at the sewing material's particularity, this paper put forward the flexibility material compensating algorithm base on quadrant position compensation, and had researched and analysis the line and arc in the four quadrants.The paper studied the sew numerical control system software design under the VxWorks operating system. It has researched the task priority level allocate and dispatch strategy, designed the message queue between the task based on the multi-task reasonable division. Also had researched thorough the system emergence interruption and control the correspondence of the task.The embedded sew and embroidery numerical control system has the good real time, calculate faster and overcame the PC+NC structure traditional control system's disadvantages such as big cubic content, high energy consume and high cost. Besides the software is easy to develop and transplant, can adopt the module design under the embedded Vx Works real time multi-task operating system. This kind of control method would have the certainly practical value and prospect if applies to the flexible material piece processes and related realm.
