Coking coal drying economy is one of the effective measures to enhance the utilization of coking coal. Fluidized bed drying technology with flexible operation, simple structure, high heat and mass transfer efficiency advantages obtained dried coal industry wide range of applications. Finally, through the fluid bed dryer was simulated using the software Barracuda to simulate the whole drying process, the experimental data obtained with the simulation results of error of less than 4%, indicating that this model is very relevant in this test bench, therefore, a fluidized bed dryer optimization and adjustment can refer to the simulation results Barracuda software.
