This thesis studies the national pharmacopoeia of medicinal purified water, and under the current technical conditions, the process of pharmaceutical industry purified water production, also the quality management system. Base on the experience of the actual cases, the author analyzes the purified water system design points.The first chapter is an introduction, which mainly introduces the definition of the purified water for pharmaceutical engineering, and the different provisions of the water consumption standards.Purification of the major water treatment process in the second chapter, we study and discuss in details the pharmaceutical engineering, by the pre?treatment system, reverse osmosis, electro deionization systems, storage and distribution systems, automatic control etc.; in this chapter we deeply study the spiral wound EDI module, which is more applicable in the pharmaceutical purified water of uninterrupted operation.The third chapter discusses the quality verification system in pharmaceutical engineering, especially the documents support the execution of project.The fourth chapter is based on the actual project handled by myself, the actual case of the purified water system of Nordisk Novo plant in Tianjin. According this actual case, this article analyzes the problems in the establishment of purified water system with the solution.This thesis provides the latest pharmaceutical purified water system, which meets the requirements of the national pharmacopoeia. At the same time, it analyses the disinfection with chemical and hot water. This article will improve the water purification system in pharmaceutical engineering.
