China is a country with large mineral resources, the total amount of mineral resources and storage capacity in the forefront of the world, coal resources accounting for the vast majority of China's mineral resources. However, most of China's coal mining is mined in the underground, the mining environment is very bad, coal mine accidents often occur, especially in coal mine gas explosion accident. Therefore, the establishment of a comprehensive early warning system for coal mine gas safety to prevent coal mine gas explosion accident to occur at the maximum degree, not only from the economic, or from the social stability is of great significance.This paper mainly studies the prevention of coal mine gas explosion accident based on the theory of case based reasoning. in case presentation, this paper summarizes the causing factors of mine gas explosion, and summarize the causing factors from three aspects of organizational environment, equipment, then convert text-based data into numerical data to improve case retrieval speed. In case retrieval, the previous case matching method has been improved, the matching method of point to point is converted into line and line matching method, which improves the accuracy of case retrieval, and this paper use Echarts to display the changed data in the foreground. In determining the weight, it is difficult to avoid the inconsistency of the results by the typical analytic hierarchy process because of very many factors, In order to avoid this problem,this paper use the improved analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight.In system development, first of all, demand analysis was completed to determine the system demand; then, the function module and database were designed; Finally, this paper developed the system which monitoring the coal mine in real time by Django framework. Once the current security alarm level is greater than the threshold, the system will issue a warning and provide solution.
