Research On The Standard Of Investigative Report In Coal Mine Accident

In recent years, the government attaches importance to coal mine safety, so the safety phenomenon in coal entered a new state by constantly promoting new policies and putting in much facility in coal mine. But compared to other developed countries, coal mine safety situation is still very rigorous. When the coal mine accident occurs, the inevitable is that need to investigate and make reports of incidents. There are some researchers propose coal mine accidents reported problems, which is that the contents contain a larger responsibility for the accident rate, meanwhile it is described in a simple and general and vague form. Therefore, from the perspective of coal mine safety incident report, it has raised a very important significance about the coal mine accident investigation and subsequent preventive measures by enhancing the actual meaning of the content. So the thesis, combined with the current mature causation theory, studies the safety of coal mine safety incident report, which provides a theoretical reference for accident investigations. Specifically the following is main points:First, based on the equipment environment and human factors, building a coal mine accident causation framing, then qualitatively investigated coal mine accident reports and analyze the existing problems. The accident causation framing contain causation theory, which has caused practical significance in guiding the safety work and reflected the existing accident reporting purposes, thus the framing in the content conforms to the accident reports.Then, in the analysis of accident reports, establishing coal mine accident investigation report template by the framing and each factor characteristics. The template of equipment, design a new survey reference template to facilitate the investigation; the template of environment, design a target template of each factor in reference, which can get the information easily; the template of human, also design the reference template, survey templates and analysis templates to facilitate the further use of the template.Finally, combined with the current accident report, apply the new templates. Based on the templates,turn the accident report into the date information and combine with gray relational analysis, do the further research in coal mine accident.
