Heavy machinery manufacturing industry keeps the development of high-speed stability in China.As the main material of manufacturing metal equipment and mechanical,steel's material mechanical performance affects the normal use of metal equipment and machinery. Ladle crane bears hanging and smelting high temperature steel,the research on considering the effects of high temperature on mechanical properties of materials is very necessary,because of the bad condition. Considering the experimental data measured uneasily,the research is also difficult. Therefore,it is more and more important to ensure the safety of the crane operation. The research on the properties of steel structures at high and low temperatures has been studied. It has been widely used in the construction anti-fire performance research,but not widely used in steel structure,and it has no strict and mature design standards and design manual. Therefore,the paper takes ladle crane as the research object,by obtaining the dates of the tensile test of Q235 at high temperatures and getting the load and load combination table of ladle crane,and provides important data support for the engineering application,through ANSYS on ladle crane for hot structure coupled analysis. The paper includes the following aspects:(1)The mechanical properties(the Q235 steel at different temperatures stress-strain relationship, yield strength,ultimate strength,elastic modulus)of steel are obtained by the single tensile test of Q235 at different temperatures.(2)Based on Support Vector Machine mapping modeling method for small sample test data,with most optimization of method solution data mining in the of several problem,so as to establish a "mapping model" which is scientific,reasonable and accurate. By numerical analysis software MATLAB for fitting,the material constitutive equation at different temperatures is obtained.(3)Considering the working characteristics of ladle crane and the characteristics of load and the properties of steel,using three kinds of stresses(allowable stress[ ? ],ultimate stress lim? and calculated stress ?)as parameters,the suitability and practicability of two kinds of design theories and methods(allowable stress method and limit state method)are studied to get the optimal theory and method.(4)Based on the ANSYS finite element software,the shell element model of the ladle crane is established. The structural analysis of the ladle crane based on the stress field,the stress field and temperature field are studied,so as to obtain the stress and deformation of the dangerous points in ladle crane dangerous section at different temperatures,the curve of temperature and stress,deformation and the failure temperature of ladle crane.
