With the rapid development of economy and society, the scale of metallurgical enterprise is gradually expanding. As the equipment of transporting metal, in the large-scale production process, the role of ladle cranes is becoming more and more obvious. The research on the temperature-structure coupling effect of the ladle cranes is the necessary condition to ensure the carrying capacity, safety and reliability. At present, there are less scholars of our country to research the temperature coupling effect of the ladle cranes, and there is no mature design standards and design handbook. So in this paper 180/60 t ladle crane as the research object, static structure and temperature-structure coupling effect of analysis is researched. The results provide an important theoretical basis to draft and revise for ladle cranes standards.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:1) High temperature tensile test of Q345 alloy steel was carried out, and the data of the mechanical properties of the materials were obtained;2) By using the regression theory of BP neural network, the test samples data was processed and trained. Then, based on the small sample experimental data and large sample forecast data, the high temperature constitutive relation equation of Q345 steel alloy was established;3) Based on the limit state design method, the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the structural static analysis and temperature-structure coupling analysis of the ladle cranes;4) Based on C# development tools, using APDL language, ladle cranes finite element analysis software is compiled. By using this software, the temperature calculation analysis of ladle crane is carried out, and the influence of temperature on the stress and strain of dangerous points is obtains;5) From the engineering example, in the verification of calculation analysis of ladle cranes, the concept of the stress safety coefficient and the deformation magnification coefficient is processed. At the high temperature check, there are two kinds of coefficient to increase or decrease the allowable value of the room temperature to meet the design requirements, reduce the workload of design calculation, convenient calculation.The large-scale finite element software ANSYS as analysis tool, the temperature-structural coupling method as a means, for the problems of ladle cranes in the traditional design, the stress safety coefficient and the deformation magnification coefficient are proposed. This makes the design of ladle crane more scientific and more reliable.
