With the development and application of 3D printer, the scale of the domestic market of 3D printing is bigger and bigger, the market demand is more and more diversified and different.The technology of SLA and DLP are more mature in the domestic market.SLA and DLP developed faster and faster. The market scale keep growing.While domestic 3D printing companies mainly focus on the hardware machine research and development, and neglect the supporting materials research and development. The limitation of material, most of the material are imported from abroad, and high prices, lead to the using costs increase, limit the advantages of 3 d printing, and constrain its development.We based on SLA and DLP 3D printing equipment of FSL company in the United States, developed photosensitive resin material with different color system and the performance and excellent comprehensive performance.Low production cost is the biggest characteristic and advantage.On the basis of study and drawing lessons from foreign commercial resin, after numerous tests, we successfully developed our own resin formula.After testing the tensile strength, bending strength, shrinkage, and glass transition temperature of the resin formulas,we get various performance parameters of the resin. Compared with foreign commercial resin,we found that our resins' comprehensive performance are almost same with foreign commercial resin, even better than foreign commercial resin in part indicators. But some indicators are worse than foreign commercial resin.According to the various mechanical performance testing of existing resin formula,we get specific performance parameters. In view of the relatively poor performance indicators, we adopted a variety of ways to improve them.We mainly used nanomaterials zinc oxide and silicon dioxide as adding additives, to improve resin shrinkage rate and the corresponding tensile strength and bending strength. In the end,we obtained obvious improvement effect.At the same time, in order to meet the needs of market diversification, we preliminarily developed flexible resin which is different from traditional resin.The flexible resin has good flexibility, which can be used on 3D printer to print out all kinds of soft model.So the flexible resin can be applied to print medical model.Due to the limitation of time and energy, the resin is still has some shortcomings to be improved.
