In this paper,D company's chair sewing workshop as the object,for the sewing workshop production line efficiency and low product inventory overcoat too which carried out sewing production line to improve the balance and shop scheduling optimization.The main contents are as follows:(1)Description and Analysis of Sewing Workshop of Chair.The sewing process of the chair cover is described,the working time is measured,and the balance rate of the production line is calculated and analyzed.An example is given to illustrate the scheduling process of workshop chair cover,and the key factors of sewing workshop scheduling are analyzed.(2)Sewing line balance improved.In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of sewing production,the traditional industrial engineering method is used to improve it.Based on the improvement of the traditional industrial engineering method,the improved genetic algorithm is used to improve it,and the improvement is made by Matlab programming tool.Genetic algorithm programming,and Jackson balance problem as an example to verify the algorithm.At last,the production line is improved according to the simulation result,and the result is analyzed.(3)Optimization of Sewing Workshop Scheduling.In order to reduce the stock of finished products in the workshop,the corresponding scheduling optimization model was built according to the actual scheduling of the sewing workshop.The genetic simulated annealing algorithm was used to solve the problem.The genetic simulated annealing algorithm was also programmed with Matlab programming tool.The simulated annealing algorithm based on Matlab is used to optimize the actual scheduling under the optimized results,and the indexes before and after optimization are compared and evaluated.(4)It summarizes the full text,puts forward the problems existing in the research and then presents the further research.
